Question 1
Pretty standard interviews, not too hard on questions
I got an invitation for a live interview with the directors. We talked about 1 hour. The time went by very fast and the atmosphere was absolutely great. They just asked fair questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Proco Group (London, England) in Sep 2019
Interview
The team seemed friendly. The offices were full of talkative, happy people. The environment seemed professional until I met the person I was to be interviewed by. I waited on a sofa near the front door of the office and waited for around 20 minutes. I did arrive early so that's on me. The interviewer arrived, wearing shorts and sandals, in Autumn. I was wearing a suit and dress shoes, and I had travelled 45 minutes to be greeted by a man in shorts. It was impossible to get into a professional mindset. I felt like they didn't care at all. I understand that you can wear that during a normal office day, but dress professional for an interview, please.
The interview was never difficult. It was actually way too easy. When an interview is too easy it doesn't give you room to express yourself. They actually ranted on about the position, and didn't ask many questions.
