Pros
Wide breadth of interesting work (in addition to run-of-the-mill IT work, but that's expected), actually practice what they preach on client service, accessible team leads and owners, tight-knit team feel, after-hours needs are low and optional.
Cons
As a small company, the onboarding / initial education process is a bit less structured in some areas than it could be at a larger firm. This is not a huge downside, but could be a struggle for people who need a more guided experience.
