Cons
- Fear mongering by management - Bully you in order to leave the business - Management struggles to have debating or conflicting discussions - You would need to earn your stripes before speaking up about any issue - Minimal support from management and doesn't display a willingness to invest in individuals' performance or growth - Micro-managing approaches were used during end-to-end transactions - You had to attend the office on set days. No flexibility on when to come into the office. It would be problematic if you couldn't attend those days - Didn't see any career growth opportunities.
