      Pros

      unlimited pto remote flexible hours

      Cons

      Hired an entire team only to let them go a couple months later because of 'focus change'. Not diverse, only white people in management. Never saw a promotion for minorities. Huge turn over rate- huge indicator of poor management. No career growth. Each department is it's own "silo" and doesn't know what the others are doing. The product is very amateur. There is too much manual data manipulation for it to be a technology company. PTO is unlimited but it is difficult to get time off. Hours are 'flexible' but we work a lot after hours. Work life balance is not good, almost non existent for development team.

      Nothing good out of this company

      Cons

      Many of their leadership will micromanage everything. Almost everybody leave within a year. There's no true vision. Even their product is a joke. There are so many bugs and they hide it by manually changing data.
