Pros
Nothing good out of this company
Cons
Many of their leadership will micromanage everything.
Almost everybody leave within a year.
There's no true vision. Even their product is a joke. There are so many bugs and they hide it by manually changing data.

Pros
Leadership- from the top down PAA listened to their employees and made changes necessary to improve culture. Coworkers- i look forward working with our team every day! Work life balance - those are not just words - they mean it. CEO - he listens. He acts on feedback. He cares about every employee.
Cons
PAA - went through a recent layout not because of performance - rather we over performed for a client who is balking at payment. Some of my friends were caught up in the layoff and while it’s a horrible thing to go through- how it was done was respectful, went above and beyond and appreciated by many impacted. The PRO is the client list continues to grow.

Thank you sincerely for sharing such positive feedback about your experience at PAA. We are thrilled to hear about the positive aspects you highlighted, especially regarding our leadership's commitment to listening and implementing necessary changes to enhance our workplace culture. It's heartening to know that you look forward to working with your team every day and that our emphasis on work-life balance is not just a concept but a reality. Your appreciation for our CEO's attentive approach and genuine concern for every employee is truly valued.
We understand the challenges surrounding the recent layoff, and we appreciate your acknowledgment of the respectful and considerate manner in which it was handled. It's unfortunate when exceptional performance is met with payment complications, but your understanding and recognition of the situation are appreciated.
Your advice to keep listening to the People and Culture group and to promote even more transparency is duly noted. We are committed to continuous improvement and ensuring that PAA remains a solid and supportive company.
Was so excited to join this company. everyone was so enthusiastic and made it feel like it was a silicon valley startup on fast track to a billion dollar company - that's what the CEO actually said. They offered great pay. Benefits were decent and people said that they promote based on performance. The people at the bottom are real hard workers and they are great team mates. When you're in the office, sometimes they'll have lunch brought in.
Cons
The culture is completely toxic. Everything is opposite of what I heard during the interviews. The software engineers and the CIO act like they run the company but can't deliver anything so then operations has to make up a story for the customer on why they can't deliver on promises. Leadership doesn't follow through on anything and they change their mind about the direction of the company every day. Everyone is scared for their jobs. They should be because there are layoffs three or four times a year. The company is like half the size it was when I joined in about a year. I worked almost every weekend because so much is promised to the customer that is not in the platform so we have to produce it manually.
