There has been in the last few years since Barbara Spicer became CEO there has been massive turn over of staff. People who have dedicated themselves to achieving real results have been belittled and side-lined. The new members of staff are supported by her to ignore longer service staff and therefore many initiatives which have been tried and failed are cooked up as the new flavour, and no advice taken from the experience staff who know why certain approaches wouldn't work... and for good reason. So the company goes around in a perpetual cycle of self destruction. It is so bad that it is difficult to recruit to vacant posts and many new recruits have walked away after only a few days/weeks.
