      Nepotism, weak leadership, culture of blame and highly political chief exec who's focus is on painting a favourable picture to the Board rather than dealing with the issues and delivering on the potential of the organisation

      Very friendly and helpful, good wages and holidays are bonus. Can work your 35 hours over 4 days.
