Pros

- flexible working hours - work is incredibly fulfilling especially if you want to learn about the mobile apps space - freedom to work on areas you feel you can provide the most impact - a lot of foundational pieces still to set up and process to iron out which means there are a lot of projects to have ownership of across all roles

Cons

- no employee stock options (only promises/early-stage talks of this) - lack of trust between departments so there is a lot of micromanagement - lack of accountability and consequences when people don't follow through on commitments - employees openly share the frustration of feeling misled by management in regard to bonuses, commissions, promotions, failed promises, etc.

Pros

Good compensation & benefits, super helpful team willing to answer any questions (big or small), team is highly motivated and familiar with companies long term vision

Cons

Nothing glaring thus far. Working on a Globally remote team comes with its own challenges in regards to time zones however the team has been very flexible & understanding
