      Pros

      - flexible working hours - work is incredibly fulfilling especially if you want to learn about the mobile apps space - freedom to work on areas you feel you can provide the most impact - a lot of foundational pieces still to set up and process to iron out which means there are a lot of projects to have ownership of across all roles

      Cons

      - no employee stock options (only promises/early-stage talks of this) - lack of trust between departments so there is a lot of micromanagement - lack of accountability and consequences when people don't follow through on commitments - employees openly share the frustration of feeling misled by management in regard to bonuses, commissions, promotions, failed promises, etc.

      Pros

      One of the best companies in Pune to work with. The company and people within are incredible. The coaching and involvement, towards my professional growth, was invaluable! They also believe more in you than you do at times which is extremely motivating.

      Cons

      If you're not willing to work hard with an awesome team, then this job isn't for you.
