Company management is distinctly weak at all the levels of hierarchy, especially when it is essential to give bonuses for the scpecific results or hand out an option. A motivation system based on actual results and facts does not exist here, it's a taboo. Loyalty and obedience lie at the core of the business instead. The staff turnover is fairly high. Many people suddenly find themselves working at the wrong place after 3-6 months.
