Cons
On-call responsibilities were previously unpaid, although the company has recently introduced a paid on-call policy, which is a promising improvement. Employee departures can sometimes be unexpected. That said, they maintain a high performance bar, which increases the value and visibility of strong individual contributions helping my growth.
