      1. big platform which means you can enhance your skills easily and quickly 2. It is easy to transfer to different teams, so can experience various roles and get to konw better about how the whole company runs

      Cons

      1. The company's culture has changed since 2018, less care about staff and you should always obey your leader's order ( no challenge allowed) 2. don't respect staff who are experienced and proffesional 3. work overtime (996 or worse) and you don't earn from extra working hours
