Need to expend my career

NEVER expect a raise. They don’t exist. People have worked there for 10, 20, 30 years and never gotten an increase in salary. Discounts women employees. Women aren’t paid the same as men. Doesn’t matter how much you increase sales, no raise. Terrible working conditions. Owner won’t listen to complaints, including sexual harassment, bulling, other employees stealing merchandise. Do not recommend this employer for any position.
