5yThank you for your thoughts. The Digital Marketing Specialist role at Perk is a fast paced and performance based role. As challenging as the role is, it is equally rewarding both in learnings, excitement, and compensation. This is a unique position and we do our best to screen for hires that we believe will be successful. As Manager of the Traffic Acquisition team, I put forth every effort to train new employees and to provide a path towards success. Unfortunately, this role is not the best fit for everyone. We are always modifying and enhancing our screening, hiring, and training processes to help us increase our hiring success rate, which over the past 12 months has been extremely successful. We wish you all the best in your future opportunities and hope that, during your time at Perk, you were able to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
