Pros

This job pushes you to sharpen your creativity and think outside the box. You'll have a high degree of autonomy—there’s no micromanagement, and you’ll be responsible for your own day-to-day tasks. If you thrive in an independent work environment, you’ll love this role. Uncapped commissions! You earn 10% of what you generate, and some campaign managers make a substantial amount. Friendly colleagues and supportive managers. Company events and team lunches are genuinely enjoyable. Free meals provided once a week.

Cons

Lack of work-life balance—there’s an expectation to work on weekends. High turnover due to the performance-based nature of the role. Employees placed on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) who don’t meet targets are often let go, which can impact team morale. The work is demanding and challenging—it’s not a laid-back job.
