Executives lie, and have become greedy. They make poorly thought out decisions without consulting each other. Long time employees were laid off using medicare/medicaid uncertainty as an excuse. Some were laid off in favor of temps, others into meetings only to find a pink slip, and you know, it was "time for them to go". Pay freeze, bonus freeze for everyone...unless you're valued.
Managerial style is typically command and control. Expect to have someone hovering over your shoulder in time crunches (and there are alot).
Managers pick favorites so don't expect to get promoted on competency alone.
Medical coverage is terrible, and will cost you alot of money. Company doesn't just want to be a TPA, so hair brained half baked schemes are developed without any real plan to monetize or support.
Employees are no longer valued. If you do decide to work here, never give your real opinion; provide the one they want to hear.
