Pros

Joining Total Perform Consulting has been one of the best professional decisions I've made. From my first interview to my onboarding experience, everything was organized, thoughtful, and welcoming — they didn't just hire me; they *championed* me from day one! The People and Culture team (which I now proudly apart of) made sure I had everything I needed to hit the ground running, while also making space for learning, questions, and real collaboration. It's clear that Total Perform doesn’t just talk about supporting their people — they actually *live it* every day. The leadership is accessible, the team is talented and kind, and the work we do is meaningful. If you're looking for a company where culture isn’t just a buzzword but a genuine commitment, Total Perform is it. I'm genuinely excited for what’s ahead here!

Pros

Perform essentially has two sides to the business - staffing and consulting. I actually used to work with Perform's consulting team when at a sales role at a previous company (who's still one of Perform's technology partners). The team proved time and time again to be a reliable solutions partner - and also took great care of my customers during the implementation/onboarding phases. When the opportunity to join Perform to help drive sales and marketing presented itself, it was a very easy decision. I think it's safe to say most sales professionals want an environment & leadership team that pushes them to give it their best - but also to be granted the flexibility and autonomy to put their 'stamp' on things. That's exactly the type of environment you get here. The company is also continuing to invest in its staff and other key areas that will make it an exciting ride as the organization continues to grow. I'll also add that the CEO genuinely cares about the people here and does a great job at establishing a strong culture. That's not easy these days - especially with remote companies. Overall, I'm excited for what's ahead!

Cons

Short answer: I really can't think of any notable cons. If you're looking for a workplace that micromanages employees and crushes their spirit with overwhelming expectations, this might not be the environment for you. In all seriousness, Perform does have a fair bit of structure but again it gives employees the autonomy to get things done. You might wear a few various hats depending on your role (which is appealing for some and not others).
