For me its about learning. I don't care about the amount of free time I get. I didn't get to learn. So, no pros.

Worst co-op I could have ever dreamed of. Manager is non technical. Manager has no idea about technology and takes everyone for granted. Highly political environment. Computer Grads from reputed university are taken for granted. Highly insensitive to ones passion and enthusiasm. They are made to work on hardware testing of their tools. No one is sure why they want grads to do that. If you are a hardcore technical guy or wannabe techie, never ever come for the interview as well. I learnt ZERO !
