Full time work from home.

No pay increase for 2 years of pandemic even though there are reports that the money is coming in.

- A growing company - Great company culture - Friendly management - Potential to grow within the company - Never a dull moment, always something to do.

Cons

- Work-life balance is practically non-existent - High-pressure, high-stress - Under-paying when compared to other companies - Frequent payroll issues, especially for additional pay on top of normal salary - Difficult to meet expectations let alone exceeding expectations due to a lack of tools and resources. Hard to succeed without putting in overtime. - Often difficult to understand what your responsibilities are as they are constantly changing. Causes confusion on who's responsibility it is to handle a certain issue or task. - Communication issues occur often
