      This company is run by children who know nothing about regulated financial institutions nor running a company. I don't think their Mommies made them do chores growing up because the concept of accountability does not exist. If you work here, you will quickly start to wonder if the company plans to launch a product at all. It appears to be functioning as a ponzi scheme managed by greedy, young idiots.

      Great team but poor approach

      Pros

      The people who are no longer there were exceptional. I learned a lot from everyone. Great pay and benefits. Monthly stipends.

      Cons

      This company attempted to grow way to fast for being involved in something so volatile like crypto. We had about 15 frontend developers working on one product which is way too many, especially as a crypto start-up. Felt like we were racing to get a product out there. While being told having years of runway and that our jobs were secure after crypto starting falling over Summer, 80% of the company were let go by the end of November.

      Great Company, Poor Leadership

      Amazing group of people to work with, pay was good as well

      Cons

      The entire company was let go after the CEO said no more cutbacks would be made.
