Pros

Remote work options are available

Cons

This company is run by children who know nothing about regulated financial institutions nor running a company. I don't think their Mommies made them do chores growing up because the concept of accountability does not exist. If you work here, you will quickly start to wonder if the company plans to launch a product at all. It appears to be functioning as a ponzi scheme managed by greedy, young idiots.

Thank you for submitting your feedback. We're proud to be a remote-first company that allows us to work with great talent around the world. We're happy to update that our product has, in fact, launched, and we're incredibly excited about what the next few years hold for Path clients and employees. As an SEC-registered firm we take our role as a fiduciary very seriously, and we're incredibly prideful of the product we have in the market. While it appears you did not enjoy your time at Path, we wish you the best in your future role.

Pros

I've been at Path for two years; honestly, it's been excellent for my career. It's rare to find a job where you believe in what you're doing and even rarer to work with people who get it and are pushing for the same things. At Path, we're all about making crypto accessible and positive for everyone, and it's cool to be part of that. What stands out to me is the vibe here—everyone, from my teammates to the leadership, is always looking for new ideas and opportunities. We don't settle for how things are just because that's how they've always been. And I genuinely look forward to work every day. It's more than just a job; it feels like we're all in this together, trying to do something different and better. Working here has shown me that when you're surrounded by people who hustle and aren't satisfied with the status quo, it's extremely rewarding.

Cons

I’m genuinely happy at Path and don't have any cons, however it’s fair to share a couple of things for anyone considering joining. First off, remember it’s a startup. That means unlike big, established companies with set paths, we’re more like a speedboat in the crypto waters. We have to make quick turns and decisions to stay on course, which can feel a bit hectic if you’re not used to it. The pace here matches the fast-moving nature of cryptocurrency itself—decisions and changes happen quickly to adapt to the market.
