Pros
Flexible some you can work another job. No supervision by managers. Surrounded by a group of peers rather than managers. Good team environment.
Cons
Can be blamed for various things. Large workload and can't leave until it's done (only an issue if someone calls out and you're by yourself). Stressful if peers are off topic. Can't get days off because it's a small team.
