      Pros

      Paramount Financial has great management, a wonderful team of credit analysts, account executives, and funding coordinators, and is a fantastic environment to work in. Everyone is supportive and friendly to one another, and genuinely strives to do what is best for their clients and vendors. There are many opportunities to challenge yourself and learn new things every day.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of opportunities for advancement in positions other than Account Executive.

      Pros

      Great culture, great work environment, great people to work with that care about their clients and each other. Everyone treats each other with respect and work to provide outstanding programs and services for their vendors and clients.

      Cons

      Office environment was a bit quiet at times. Not a bad thing, just different than previous work environments.

      Interned with Paramount last summer, I truly learned A LOT about the industry and the people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      Very limited training, you mostly learn as you go which is only a con at the very beginning
