      Interned with Paramount last summer, I truly learned A LOT about the industry and the people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      Very limited training, you mostly learn as you go which is only a con at the very beginning

      Pros

      Paramount Financial has great management, a wonderful team of credit analysts, account executives, and funding coordinators, and is a fantastic environment to work in. Everyone is supportive and friendly to one another, and genuinely strives to do what is best for their clients and vendors. There are many opportunities to challenge yourself and learn new things every day.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of opportunities for advancement in positions other than Account Executive.

      Pros

      Paramount is a very fun enviornment, the owners are very nice and down to Earth. They give you the tools you need to suceed.

      Cons

      They are a very small business which means there is not much room for advancement. This is a great place to development inside sales experiance
