      Great location and free food

      Cons

      Joined expecting strategic product ownership and strong execution. Instead found endless politics, unclear accountability, and decisions driven more by personalities than business value. For anyone coming from a Big Four or high-performing organization, be prepared for a significant culture shock. Progress is slow, priorities constantly shift, and meaningful change is difficult to drive.

      The Return to Office policy is driving away one of our talented team members. Blindsided by reorgs. No polls done to determine what is best for our team.
