Micromanaging and bad manners from a couple top leadership people. Yelling in doorways about mistakes, rather than closing the door and having a conversation.

I wouldn't reccommend working at PCI to anyone. Magagement makes promises they do not honor, and administrative side of the business is highly unorganized. Before I began work at PCI I was told they had a poor reputation throughout the industry, I had hoped this wouldn't be true, but sadly that sentiment was proven right. I worked in the office and everyone there walked on eggshells, because the only time employees receive feedback from management, it is negative. The owners like to think they are generous, however $15 per diems, and no annual raises speak for themselves. The only peope who work at PCI long term are brainwashed into being obedient because they don't know any better.
