Lack of raises; I received two in seven years. It's a boy's club with rare advancement for the women. New leader is a hot head. Construction is taking a downturn due to the Pandemic. Not sure about the growth for the next year or two.

Keep you busy working year round and most work is inside work.

Definitely play favorites here and it shows mangement has some deep problems. You are rewarded for your hard by getting more work when you finish something on time.
