Supportive and friendly work environment. Managers are approachable and helpful. Colleagues are always willing to help when someone gets stuck on a task or needs guidance. Good work culture with strong teamwork. 5-day working week, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. Work pressure is reasonable and manageable.

Cons

There is no dedicated breakout or relaxation area where employees can take a short break and unwind. Apart from that, everything is good.
