      Pros

      The team is passionate and the challenges to overcome are difficult, which makes for a very fulfilling position. You always learn something new, from your colleagues or by yourself to solve your task at hand. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Sometimes the office can be a bit cramped, this was specially true before the pandemic. With remote work the office it not always packed.
