      Avoid their tech department

      Pros

      The company's sales team is strong and they have a good CEO from a sales/hype perspective.

      Cons

      With regards specifically to their technology department, management is really bad and the code is new but dated, sloppy, and mediocre. Take the other offer, and don't believe the hype. The company's "radical candor" thing was pretty much baloney from my experience. Lots of hype. Other reviews on here seem totally fake. I saw a lot of turnover when I was at the company.

      Fast paced, but one of the best environments!

      Pros

      - The people here are not only nice, but very smart and helpful - We care about each other, work hard and want the company to succeed

      Cons

      - This is a start up, so things are always changing. You have to be adaptable. If you want a 9-5 job where you clock in and out every day doing the same tedious tasks, this is not for you. But this is so engaging and empowering to be a part of!
