      Pros

      They emphasize that they are not looking for employees but to train people for management. Not everyone has what it takes to make it work but this company works hard to make sure they teach you all the tools and skills to make it. Management has really listened when I needed things or when stuff has happened in life and give the support, time or help I’ve needed to continue this program

      Cons

      There are a lot of hours. There is also a learning curve that not everyone gets.

      An amazing sales/marketing company ran by a smart and savvy owner who has built a winning company culture and a family orientated team environment. The team here genuinely cares about eachother with an emphasis on personal and professional development. The skills you learn here are invaluable. The reward at the finish line is well worth the marathon in this race.

      Challenging position and very time consuming.
