As one of the co-founders of Orchestry, I find the greatest pleasure in our exceptional team. Working alongside individuals who prioritize quality, value their customers, and above all, support each other, is truly a privilege. Achieving this level of camaraderie can be challenging in a fully remote work setting. We also place immense value on our partner community and take all feedback seriously. We truly go above and beyond to ensure that the experience, both inside and outside the organization, is something we can all be proud of.
Cons
Just like any growing company, we go through our fair share of growing pains and tackle new challenges as we scale up. But what I can tell you is, we're doing our best to stay ahead of the curve and soak up every lesson that comes our way.
