Great chance to learn new things outside scope of normal training! Pretty much autonomous re: work situation. They give you the ball and you run with it, and then call someone "more in the know" if you hit major issues. A lot of good work accomplished on State of the Art Antenna and Radar Cross Section Measurement systems.
Cons
Travel turned out to be a bit more than originally stated at sign-on, but I attribute that to personnel shortage.
Decent location, interesting clients, not a very restricted field, paid time off, health coverage, dental insurance, eye care, retirement plan
Cons
No room for growth, lack of support from upper management, no cross divisional communication, long hours, low pay, quality policies easily over ridden by management.
