I got a phone call interview with the HR and mechanical engineers. Afterwards, I was asked to come in for an in person interview which involved the CEO as well as people I talked to on the phone. The interview was fairly technical and just asked about my prior project and solidworks experience.

Interview
The typical resume submission, followed by phone screening with HR then technical interview process was used. Very typical interview questions, resume line items were covered as well as a bit of role specific info. Entire process took place over the phone, and I had an offer within a few days. The process took place somewhat close to the start date.
