      Pros

      -Lots of great people who are more than happy to give a helping hand. -None of the big business issues of being lost in the shuffle. -Very willing to accommodate employees needs and requests in a way that makes sense and listens to our recommendations.

      Cons

      -Not a con in my opinion, but you do need to be prepared to take ownership of your role, and be self motivated as well as engaged with your work.
