One View has an employee rating of 2.9 out of 5 stars, based on 18 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an average working experience there.
Working for this company for more than 2 years has given me opportunities I didn't know I wanted, yet not taken away from my role in my family. We work hard and everyone contributes, but I am able to be 150% present for my family, which makes me happier in my work space.
Cons
The biggest challenge about this company is finding the right fit to add to our team. Many people move from job to job, and given the industry and dynamic of what we do, it really takes about a year before you feel solid with One View. This is not a reflection on the company itself...more of a challenge it faces.
Free food, great mentors and co-workers (seriously the most vetted team I've ever been a part of), and you receive recognition for the work you do. Every person here wants to help you learn, if you're willing to be inquisitive, out-going, and show persistence.
Cons
You have to be willing to get the ball rolling yourself, they want to invest in people who are invested.
