Pros
I truly love working for ONE LOGIC. The work is interesting and challenging, the colleagues are great. The management really tries to listen to you, especially when it comes to how you want to shape your work. Finally, work-life balance isn't just a word. When we have to do overtime, which is not often, we can always take days off, or work less on another day. We have real flexibility in term of working hours, and many of my colleagues work between 25-35h per week, including team leads.
Cons
Some things can be improved. While management listens to us and really tries to improve most of the time, there can be knee jerk reactions to (live) feedback which can lead to people not providing honest feedback. Also, some rules are needlessly strict (requirements for home-office) and only apply to developers, and not management.
