Pros

The company offers flexible hours, fully remote work, and genuinely interesting projects that make each day engaging. The culture values trust and ownership, with a collaborative spirit even across time zones. We use modern tools, tackle impactful challenges, and maintain a strong sense of autonomy and balance. I’d absolutely recommend it to friends looking for meaningful, flexible work in a supportive remote environment.

Cons

One downside is the relatively high turnover, with some core team members leaving in the past year, which can affect continuity and team dynamics.

Pros

It’s ok if you got a stage here. Those are good, but run away after an year. You wouldn’t learn nothing new and will end up repeating the same stuff for years, without a path or senior to learn from.

Cons

Management is a mess. They are familiars or old employees that don’t know how to manage projects and people. You would mimic agile methodology where the scrum master is your boss and with stand up meetings with 20 people in it.

Product has been built originally from belgian company acquired from objectway, functional info is a mess with senior members jealous and proud of their knowledge ready to blame you for every move you make
