Pros

Salary is usually better than the market average, some benefits are useful, possible one language lesson per week included in your work time.

Cons

Documentation regarding HR stuff is messy, you cannot really tell if it’s still acurate or not and HR people will not respond to your questions in a way that would be helpful. Generally HR is quite bad. They tell you they will check something for you and come back with feedback - and then they never do. All this is stressful as HR stuff usually regards important, legal matters. Not to mention that office administration leaves you with an impression that they are not organised at all. Such a shame that ISO audits are not there when RODO is not respected. Beside that, I got an impression that to a degree management is not all that great either. On one hand it is all sweet and lovely, but on the other hand you end up working alone doing job for three people, because someone did not think that adding responsibilities and transfering people to other teams at the same time, will affect anyone’s daily work. Possibility of personal growth is great but it would be really cool if management would care about preserving operational standards of one’s team when changes appear. Not to mention comfort of the employees left inside this whole mess. Sometimes team leaders seem like they should not be leading any team or like they need more training in this field.
