Compensation is significantly below market standards. Strict five-day office attendance policy with limited flexibility. Standard 9-hour shift often extends far beyond working hours. Unnecessary end-of-day meetings are frequently scheduled, resulting in employees staying late. Employees are expected to work under constant pressure to meet deadlines. Leadership style is highly centralized, with most decisions controlled by the CEO. Micromanagement is prevalent, reducing employee autonomy and trust. Work-life balance is poor, with employees often expected to prioritize work over personal commitments. Taking leave can be challenging and may not always be accommodated smoothly. Annual increments are minimal and do not adequately reflect employee contributions. Team culture can be toxic, negatively impacting morale and collaboration. Senior management lacks professionalism in handling employees and workplace concerns. The exit process lacked professionalism and did not leave a positive impression. Weekend work may be expected depending on project demands.
