I recently had the unfortunate experience while my recruitment, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts.
One of the most disappointing aspects was the handling of the CTC (Cost to Company) structure. The HR team made several unwanted deductions that weren’t transparent from the start. When I raised concerns about aligning these deductions with government policy, I was met with vague promises to "look into it" and a request to wait a week. Ultimately, I was told the job vacancy was "occupied," leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.
Additionally, the in-hand salary was significantly lower than what was initially discussed, making it difficult to manage my finances effectively. It’s disheartening when a company doesn’t honor its commitments or provide clarity in its policies.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company .If you’re considering joining, proceed with caution and ensure you get everything in writing. There are better opportunities out there that prioritize their employees' needs and trust.
