      Pros

      The work at OSE offers a great opportunity to tackle complex systems. As a senior developer, I’ve had the chance to work on architecture and solve interesting engineering problems that keep the work engaging. I’ve worked with a stable team of skilled colleagues for the last 4 years. The collaborative atmosphere makes daily work enjoyable.

      Cons

      The company is going through some transition phrases, the level of management is need sometime to catch up.

      Pros

      Management is extremely technical and smart. The business went through significant improvement to systems which was a game-changer. Allocation of work to team members in recent years and ticket quality is very good. Great option for eCommerce brands looking for a senior team.

      Cons

      OSE went through some growing pains which is natural, but all have been resolved and the business runs very well. I enjoyed my time there a lot. Great team members.

      - Some of the people are good

      Cons

      - Terrible management delivering unreasonable deadlines which forces the developers to work long hours with no compensation - No control over clients and their expectations - No room for growth, once a developer, always a developer - No team structure at all, project managers just fighting over developers
