Very capable team and owner - Senior Developer OSE Employee Review

The work at OSE offers a great opportunity to tackle complex systems. As a senior developer, I’ve had the chance to work on architecture and solve interesting engineering problems that keep the work engaging. I’ve worked with a stable team of skilled colleagues for the last 4 years. The collaborative atmosphere makes daily work enjoyable.

The company is going through some transition phrases, the level of management is need sometime to catch up.

I really appreciate the opportunity OSE offered me. It was an environment from which I was able to up skill a lot, as well as learning from a lot from the senior developers on the team. Working with bespoke ecommerce solutions written with Vue and Laravel showed me the power and flexibility of what can be achieved with Laravel.

When I started, their processes weren't that structure, but they have recently made a lot of changes to improve that and I think it will be much easier for new starter now to hit the ground running.
