Pros

Except of a few colleagues nothing good here.

Cons

Incompetent management with no experience. Promotion through nepotism only. They do not provide proper training and employee development, neither career opportunities. Poor management, no applied leadership principals. If you question decisions, you are out. Managers have a tendency to share made up data with each other and executives. No involvement, no development, no clear goals, no recognition, no information, no honesty, no vision. SMART, Lean, leadership, dedication, project management, change management, product management, onboarding and offboarding procedures, informed decision making, risk management, budgeting are typically unknown terms here. Working here is a guess-work day by day. Now they are hiring seniors in panic hoping they will have the power and ability to turn things around which makes employees nervous.

Pros

I do not have any thing nice to say about this company.

Cons

Working for a private equity funded company sucks. It's all about the dollar and when times are tough it is people that have to go. Maybe the big shot executive team could give up their not earned bonuses to save jobs - but no, they are not that kind of leadership team. they are all selfish. Put people last. Don't believe it if they say they are a people first organization. From what I understand from my friends still there (god help them), they has been multiple rounds of layoffs. So if you decide to join, just know that your job likely isn't secure.

Pros

Decent pay depending on position; Good people

Cons

No defined culture; work-life balance can be difficult; slow to adapt to changes in the marketplace. Spread too thin to focus
