      Used to have good people, flexible working location, salary

      Cons

      Absolute lack of industry experience and knowledge of the executives, tone deaf board with no understanding of the industry or the business itself, severe disconnect between management and employees, pretentious culture, outdated systems being replaced by new ones that make very little sense. The perfect example of a badly managed company which also reflects on the share price and results in the past couple of years.

      Cons

      After Firma acquisition company was profitable and growing. Shortly after, the company shifted to a SaaS financial automation/corporate card firm which was sold into a saturated market. Talented people with FX/ payments experience and success were let go, and replaced by inexperienced leaders. Things went downhill in moral and most importantly revenue.
