Pros
When I first started I was able to work flexible hours and work from home but that was taken away the longer I worked there.
Cons
Uneducated administration and the company values people who suck up to administration and will prioritize that over actual work performance

Pros
As many hours as you want. Very fun and never bored.
Cons
Basically forced to take overtime shifts to cover the schedule when you’re inevitably short handed at a location. Coworkers can be tough to deal with but not always their fault if they’ve been working for the last 16 hours.
