I loved helping helping the people I worked with. And there were lots of great coworkers who had the consumers best interests at heart as well.
Cons
The bad apples among employees never suffered consequences so morale was extremely low. The place was horribly mismanaged by top "leadership." Communication in the organization was intentionally terrible and only the CEO's pet favorites were involved in important decision making. She enjoyed making others fear her.
