Was previously a great place to work

Cons

Referred a former colleague of mine for a role they were perfect for. Company wouldn't even meet with them because they require remote working. Person has legitimate reasons for requiring remote work. This is a disgusting way to treat people, and highlights how out of touch management is

The benefits are good. Pay appears good but it’s not because you have to work evenings and weekends due to doing the job of 2 people.

Cons

No work life balance. The owner doesn’t care that the HR leader is incompetent to manage the team.
