      When we take a call on layoff, the bottom most team members in performance are the first one to be asked to leave.

      Couldn't found any till date................................

      - Higher management doesn't have any polite way to communicate with employees. Abusing words in meetings & daily communication also! - There is no such thing like ' Respecting or at-least considering your suggestion'. - No motivational people , only motivation is 'money' for them.
