      - Higher management doesn't have any polite way to communicate with employees. Abusing words in meetings & daily communication also! - There is no such thing like ' Respecting or at-least considering your suggestion'. - No motivational people , only motivation is 'money' for them.

      Pros

      Some colleagues are hardworking and talented. A few projects were interesting.

      Cons

      The company has frequent layoffs and no clear strategy to protect or redeploy staff — this creates constant stress. Communication from management about company direction and personnel decisions is poor or non-existent. Work is often undervalued; performance reviews and recognition are inconsistent. For those who need stability and transparent leadership, this is not the right fit.
